The files named "The letter <a letter>.txt" are of special test interest,
because in an ANSI environment, like TSE, a lot of the Unicode full filenames
share the same ANSI full filename, because Windows makes them a "best fit"
when showing them in ANSI.

For example, if a Unicode full filename contains a letter that is a variation
of the letter "a", but does not have its own letter in your ANSI code page,
then its ANSI full filename will contain the letter "a" instead.
